Our Story

Dr Erin Robinson founded Head Strong Collective in 2025. Head Strong Collective was founded on the belief that everyone deserves support that recognises and celebrates their unique strengths—both in everyday life and in the pursuit of excellence.

Our founder brings a rich blend of academic expertise, clinical training, and lived experience to her work. With a PhD focused on parent-child play interactions and child development, she has a deep understanding of how relationships and individual differences shape growth from an early age. Alongside her academic pursuits, she has competed in sports throughout her life, cultivating a strong passion for health, fitness, and the role they play in overall wellbeing. More recently, Erin has developed a passion for strength training and ultra-marathon events.

After completing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Erin has dedicated her career as a neurodivergent clinical psychologist, to support neurodivergent individuals across educational, health, and sporting environments. Her work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that is always led by the client’s voice and goals.

At Head Strong Collective, we integrate this unique background to offer compassionate, evidence-informed services that empower individuals not just to cope, but to thrive—in the classroom, at work, on the playing field, and beyond.

Mission

At Head Strong Collective, our mission is to provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming services that empower individuals to thrive. We are committed to a client-led, strengths-based approach that honours each person's unique preferences, perspectives, and goals. By collaborating closely with individuals and advocating for inclusive supports, we work to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in environments that recognise and celebrate neurodiversity. We also support individuals in sport and performance settings, provided tailored strategies to help them succeed, grow, and perform at their best while remaining true to who they are.

Vision

We envision a world where neurodiversity is not only understood but fully embraced—where every individual is empowered through personalised, affirming supports, to lead meaningful lives on their own terms. Our goal is to become a leader in inclusive, client-led, and strengths-based psychology services. Through advocacy, innovation, and collaboration, we strive to shape a future where all individuals have equitable opportunities to flourish and engage in activities that bring them joy. We aim to empower individuals to reach their personal, educational, career, artistic, sports and performance goals.
